About the role
Our product engineering teams build, launch and scale software for clients from funded startups to Fortune 500 companies. You'll work across the stack on products people use every day, with a team that cares as much about the code as the outcome.
Expect variety: a new product build one quarter, scaling an existing platform the next, often with AI features woven in.
What you'll do
- Build features end to end: data models, APIs, front-end interfaces and tests.
- Pair with other engineers daily and practise test-driven development.
- Turn designs into accessible, responsive and fast interfaces.
- Help shape architecture, code reviews and engineering standards on your team.
- Work with product and design to break problems down and ship in small, safe increments.
- Integrate AI features alongside our AI engineering team.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years building production web applications.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript with a modern front-end framework such as React.
- Server-side experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby or similar, plus SQL databases.
- Comfort writing automated tests and working with CI/CD.
- Curiosity, clear communication and ownership of what you ship.
Nice to have
- Cross-platform mobile experience (React Native or Flutter).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
- Exposure to LLM APIs or AI-powered features.
